I wrote a book. Flip-flopped about how to publish it for a while. Ended up deciding to do it myself out of a "too many cooks" mentality, though that doomed me to deal with a bunch of background tasks I'm not thrilled about--like writing this "About" page.
Really, I don't know what information about myself I'd even want on this page. Any relevant information about what kind of person I am is bound to come out in any rant-type post I make here, and I'm sure there will be at least a few, barring sheer laziness. Eh, maybe that's all the relevant information I need. I'm lazy.
As for the irrelevant... well, who needs to know? Who wants to know, even? I wrote a book, now have an obligatory minimum-effort web presence as an author, and may occasionally use this space for a short work or as a personal shouting platform.
That said: whoever I am now, I'd prefer not to believe that this is the best I'll ever be as a person, so don't hesitate to call me out if I'm being some sort of insufferable asshole.
